Legal Secretary

Main Responsibilities:

       Providing secretarial and administrative support to a group of lawyers:

  • formatting and processing legal documents, typing amendments;
  • drafting presentations;
  • handling phone calls;
  • providing input for global experience database EPiC;
  • scanning, copying and binding documents;
  • arranging for notarisations and external translations;
  • internal mail distribution;
  • personal assistance;
  • occasional replacement of reception secretaries which includes phone calls handling, greeting clients, taxi ordering, office drivers coordination, checking meeting rooms after meetings, etc.


  • higher education (linguistics preferably);
  • absolute fluency in English;
  • at least 2 years of work experience as a secretary, team assistant or PA in international environment;
  • Latin/Cyrillic touch-typing;
  • very good knowledge of MS Office;
  • ability to work under pressure;
  • working hours 10.00 – 19.00;
  • Compensation is discussed with successful candidates.
