Marketing Specialist


  • To provide support on marketing and business development to the Marketing team;
  • To work closely with all members of the Marketing team to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of various projects and tasks in a professional and concise man;

Marketing Specialist will be responsible for several activities with the following main focuses:

  • CMS database:
  1. Control of the correctness of users’ input of information into the CRM system;
  2. Maintaining the relevance and completeness of the database: checking for duplicate data (companies and contacts), removing duplicates from the database, correcting entered information;
  3. Uploading data from CRM for marketing campaigns;
  4. Entering into the CRM the obtained data on the results of marketing campaigns;
  5. Description of problems and mistakes arising in CRM, coordination with marketing and IT departments, assistance in eliminating errors;
  6. Training of new users of CRM. Consultation of users on the work in the system, the correctness of the data entry.
  • Assistance in in preparation of pitches, client presentations;
  • Assistance in preparation of information to legal directories, league tables and ratings on time;
  • Assistance in planning, organising and executing marketing events both internally and externally.


  • Higher education and work experience of at least one year in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of CRM (experience with similar programs (SAP, Siebel, Salesforce) as an advantage);
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English;
  • Self-motivation to work both independently and in a team.
