Brand Activation Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Brand and Product;
  • Portfolio strategy and development. Translate insight into value proposition. Responsible for effective introduction of the new Bridgestone & Firestone products;
  • Ensure brand consistency throughout ATL /BTL communication. Post launch evaluation and feedback;
  • Achieve product introduction KPIs Brand index & brand awareness score;
  • Agencies Management;
  • Coordinate multiple agencies to achieve smooth, on-time and on-budget implementation tasks/projects;
  • Agency scope includes: content production, content and data input, copywriting, translations, web development, events and BTL;
  • Interact with all stakeholders to maximize the output with a minimum of resources;
  • Timely delivery of projects within budget & full compliance with contract obligation, ROI;
  • Platforms & Partnerships;
  • Implementation of the European brand platforms (eg. Olympics.) Follow up them on the day-to-day basis, set up local programs in order to support centrally developed initiatives;
  • Develop local partnership programs & activities supporting Trust, Quality and Safety message from Bridgestone & Firestone brands (eg Warranty program, Car Dealer partnership);
  • Brand awareness score, sales impact Sponsorship KPIs met;
  • Brand and Product activities and events;
  • Co-Development and Implementation of marketing plans, covering key launches and segment leadership protection;
  • Coordination of creative development for Brand & Product (includes Ad layouts, printed materials, event materials etc.);
  • Development of sell out activities concepts (online / SM / offline) for retail network and cooperation with Trade Marketing on their implementation;
  • Alignment and execution of programs with Brand and Communication manager, Communication team, Retail and Trade marketing, Planning and other internal and external stakeholders;
  • Achieve product introduction KPIs, Launch deadlines met, campaign KPIs;
  • Budget Control.
